We have been coming to SouthPark Animal Hospital for over 5 years and we could not be happier with the care and customer service. The staff’s phone etiquette and communication is unlike any other establishment I’ve encountered in recent years, they are always running on time with our scheduled appointments and I love that they come out to my car to get my dog and take him in for his visit and I can wait in the comfort of my car. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they all care about the animals. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone!

Dr. Long and the staff here are truly incredible. They were there by our sides, and our sweet boy Leo’s side, for his last weeks on earth. He began to have sudden onset cluster seizures, and immediately upon calling them they offered to see him. During the scariest time of our lives, they provided truly exceptional medical care with the utmost compassion and kindness. They were able to buy us a few more quality weeks with our boy (in time for him to see us get married) which we will be forever grateful for. We cannot recommend the team here enough!!

Dr. Sophie Mercer and the entire staff at South Park Animal Hospital are amazing and so thorough! They take the time to answer all your questions and make sure your pet is healthy. My dog got into some grapes, and they were so quick to do blood work and do the necessary test to ensure she was ok. They also did my dogs spay and made the process so easy and comfortable for my dog. They are on top of all her shots and medical needs. My dog is in great hands because of Dr. Mercer and the entire staff. I highly recommend you taking your pet to them!

We just went through a very trying illness with our cat, Lola. While it was impossible to save her, I can’t recommend Dr. Sophie Mercer enough. I find it hard to put into words how much her compassionate care throughout this painful experience was appreciated. She has the most wonderful bedside manner and was able to gently guide us through the difficult decisions we had to make along the way. While it’s important to have a good vet throughout the life of your pet, when you really need a great one is at the end of a pet’s life. Dr. Sophie Mercer is a great one.
